1. These terms

These terms govern your use of almajles.com (the “site”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Technology Investment Company (شركة استثمار التقنية) (“Almajles”, “we”, “us”), commercial registration 1010336999, at 8646 King Abdulaziz Road, Al Ghadir, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

These terms cover the website only. Use of the Almajles platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the subscribing organisation. Where the two conflict, that agreement prevails for the platform.

2. Using the site

You may view the site and use its forms for genuine business enquiries. You agree not to:

  • submit false information, or another person’s details without their authority;
  • use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages or abusive content;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data;
  • interfere with the site’s operation, including by automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it;
  • copy, reproduce or republish substantial parts of the site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may restrict or refuse access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Enquiries and meeting bookings

Submitting the contact form or booking a meeting does not create a contract for the supply of any service. It is a request to be contacted.

When you book a meeting, the appointment is created in Microsoft Bookings and an online meeting link is issued. The joining link is a capability link — anyone holding it can join the meeting. Please treat it accordingly and do not share it. We may reschedule or cancel a booking, and we will tell you if we do.

4. Pricing information

Package prices shown on the site are indicative, exclude value added tax unless stated otherwise, and may change. They are an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer. Binding pricing is confirmed in a written quotation or agreement.

5. Editorial content is not professional advice

The site publishes articles about corporate governance, the Companies Law, Capital Market Authority regulations and related subjects.

That material is general information, not legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. Regulations change, and an article may not reflect the current position. It does not create an adviser–client relationship. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice from a qualified professional on your own circumstances.

We take reasonable care with this content but do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, and the Almajles name and logo are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by the intellectual property laws of Saudi Arabia and applicable international treaties.

You may read the content and share links to it. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution to Almajles and a link to the source page. Any other use — reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.

Third-party names and marks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

The site links to third-party sites and relies on third-party services, including Microsoft and Google. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice, and we are not liable to you if the site is unavailable at any time.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • the site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the site;
  • we accept no liability arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved by those courts; the parties do not agree to arbitration.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed.
